Come in, and see how we can enhance your natural beauty. Experience Be You Medical for yourself. Feel empowered in our supportive and welcoming environment, where your satisfaction is always prioritized.

We provide a variety of cosmetic treatments at our four locations, including injectables, lasers, body sculpting, and Botox. Our Rocklin, Sacramento, Alamo, and Grass Valley locations offer a relaxing spa-like atmosphere. Botox treatments can help reduce the outward appearance of wrinkles and harsh lines around the eyes and forehead area. Your new, more youthful look can last for months. Filler treatments may be what you need to turn back the clock on your appearance with minimal invasiveness and downtime. They may be used to restore volume, add contours, and define curves in the face.

Additionally, injectables can address problems such as double chin, collagen loss and lessen leg veins. Lasers will enhance your skin’s natural beauty, enhancing Botox and fillers’ results. Come to Be You Medical if you want to achieve your optimal body image. We offer Botox, laser, injectable, and sculpting treatments.

Body Sculpting

So you want to know about body sculpting? Maybe you’ve seen someone with a fit and trim physique, and you’re wondering how they achieved such a look. Or maybe you’re just curious about the process and what it entails.

Body sculpting, also called contouring, is a process by which excess fat is eliminated from the body to create a more toned and defined appearance. It can be performed on any body area but is most commonly done on the stomach, thighs, arms, and buttocks.

The two body sculpting procedures offered by Be You Medical include:

CoolSculpting

CoolSculpting is a non-invasive, nonsurgical body sculpting procedure that uses freezing temperatures to destroy fat cells. The treatment area is covered with a cooling gel before the applicator is placed on the skin close to that area of body fat. The applicator then delivers controlled cooling to the treatment area, causing the target fat cells to freeze and die in those stubborn fat pockets. The body then naturally eliminates the excess fat cells over the next few weeks. A minimum of two treatments four weeks apart is recommended for optimal results.

EmSculpt

Emsculpt is a non-invasive procedure using high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to induce muscle contractions. The contractions created are much stronger than those achieved through voluntary movement and, as a result, help to build and tone the muscles. Emsculpt is most commonly used on the abdominal and buttock muscles.

Which areas can be treated with body sculpting?

Virtually any area of the body may be treated with body contouring. The most common areas treated are the abdomen, thighs, love handles, buttocks, arms, and neck/chin.

Who is a good candidate for body sculpting?

Almost anyone who is unhappy with their current figure, as long as they are within 10-20 pounds of their goal weight and has realistic expectations for the results of their procedure, can be a good candidate for nonsurgical body sculpting. However, there are some exceptions; for example, pregnant women or recently given birth are usually not good candidates for these procedures since their bodies are still in flux and rapidly changing.

Are results from body sculpting permanent?

One of the best things about body contouring procedures is that they offer long-lasting results. The frozen fat cells from the CoolSculpting procedure will not return; however, the remaining fat cells can get bigger. EmSculpt does require maintenance to keep the tone and definition you are looking for. To maintain your new shape, you must follow a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and a balanced diet.

What are the risks associated with body contouring procedures?

Certain risks are associated with undergoing body contouring, as with any procedure. However, these risks are relatively rare and tend to be minor.

What should I consider before undergoing body sculpting?

If you’re thinking about undergoing a body contouring procedure, there are several things you should keep in mind. First and foremost, you must have realistic expectations for your results and fat reduction. You must consult with an experienced practitioner to discuss your goals and concerns before scheduling your procedure.

When will I see the results of my procedure?

Although you may see some immediate results after your procedure, it can take up to three months for full results to be revealed.

Understanding fat reduction is important if you’re thinking about getting body sculpting done. You also need to consult with a qualified practitioner who can assess your individual needs and recommend the best course of treatment. Remember that every person’s situation is different, so what works for one person may not work for another. But body sculpting can help you achieve your desired toned and defined physique.
