How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online or through our app.
Follow these steps to book your appointment with us:
1. Visit the booking website or download the App
2. Select the Grass Valley office
3. Choose your service
4. Select the treatment that you desire. Each treatment has a description guiding you to select them appropriately
5. Select your provider if available for your treatment
6. Select the date and time of your liking
7. Select BOOK NOW
8. Register using your phone number or email and create a password or sign in if already registered
9. Fill out the information required to save your credit card on file (this is a requirement to book your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hrs. of your appointment or no show, we charge $75)
10. Confirm your appointment

What is the Botox Clinic Membership?
Our Botox Clinic Day Annual Membership is $99 and discounts your price to $9 per unit for 60 or more units and 10$ per unit for under 60 units. Non-members pay $12 per unit.
When are Botox Clinic Days?
Grass Valley Botox clinic days are Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Botox clinic days are not every Wednesday. Please confirm with our office before booking.
How long does Botox and Filler last?
Botox lasts approximately 3-4 months for a 60+ unit dosing. Filler can last three to nine months, depending on where it is placed, how much product is used, and the volume lost.
Can I choose my provider on Botox Clinic days?
Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific provider on Botox Clinic days.
How can I find your office?
We’re located at 120 N. Auburn Street, Suite 105 in downtown Grass Valley. When you enter the building, look for the signs directing you to our suite on the bottom floor.
