Neuromodulator Membership & Package

Botox/Dysport Membership
$150 / year
$9/unit for 60+ units, $10/unit for 59 or less.
For: anyone who gets 40+ units, 3+ times per year.
Days/Locations: Mondays — Sacramento. Tuesdays — Rocklin. Wednesdays — Grass Valley & Alamo.
Tox Saver Package
$2,000 / year
Buy 240u of Botox or Dysport, or 400u of Daxxify. Must use all units within one year (every 3 months). Additional units over 60 are $10/u. Typically saves $880–$1,200 annually.
For: anyone who gets 60+ units, 4+ times per year.
Any day, any location.

Daxxify $800 per 100-unit vial — must use entire vial in one visit. Equals approx. 50 units of Botox.
Botox Clinic Days $9/unit for 60+ units, $10/unit for 59 or less. Non-members are $12/unit. Applies to Botox and Dysport only.
Lip Flip $200

Wrinkle relaxers — standard dose: 64 units for the upper face alone.
